We have multiple job openings available for website chat operator positions in the United States. As a website chat operator, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and support questions via live chat on business websites. This is a remote position, which can be done from the comfort of your home.
What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to customer questions. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have atleast 10 hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
