In this remote role, you will work with inbound and outbound leads through Facebook direct message, answering customer questions. You’ll be an important part of our team, helping to drive our business success through your excellent communication skills and customer service expertise.

Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
