We are looking for entry-level candidates to join our team as customer support representatives for one of our favorite gaming clients. As Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for upholding the high standards of our client’s brand and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, possess strong attention to detail, and are comfortable with using different online platforms.
What you will be doing: Live chat assistants get paid to reply to messages on the platforms like YouTube and Twitch. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $30 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
